Return and Refund Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund for a major failure and for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. ​All sales are final. Items can not be returned for a refund or exchanged unless deemed faulty.​ Size guides are provided for each product, please check before purchasing.

All  orders are shipped via Australia Post WORLDWIDE. Shipping prices are directly from Australia Post and will be calculated upon checkout​ delivery time frames:​​

• Standard Shipping within Australia up to 4-14 business days for metro areas.

• Express Shipping within Australia Up to  1-3 business days for metro areas

​

• International Up to 10-20 business days.  

• Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time. Shipping time may also vary during peak seasons e.g. Christmas

• All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

• Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before being shipped​​   

​Armour Of God does not hold any responsibility for packages that are lost or  delayed by Australia Post. Please understand that once we hand packages over  to Australia Post, they are out of our control and we can no longer account  for them. If you find that your package has been delayed or lost, you  will need to contact Australia Post with your tracking number. If the issue is unable to be resolved we will try our best help in any way.
